Offbeat Punch Card Rules

 

  1. For every $10 you spend before tax, you will receive one punch on the punch card
  2. One punch will be given for purchases from $10 to $19.99, two for $20 to 29.99, etc.
  3. On purchases over $200, only one card will be issued and fully punched
  4. Punch card must be presented at time of purchase to receive punches
  5. Punches will not be issued for previous purchases
  6. A fully punched card can only be redeemed on a future purchase
  7. Only one punch card can be redeemed per visit
  8. Discount applies to full price merchandise only
  9. Discount cannot be used to pay for lessons, nor do lessons earn punches
  10. Tax is not covered by the discount
  11. The purchase of gift cards will earn punches, but redemption of gift cards will not
  12. Returned merchandise will be deducted from the punch card
  13. Cannot be used with any other coupons or promotions
  14. Offbeat is not responsible for lost or stolen punch cards
  15. Punch cards cannot be redeemed for cash or gift certificates
  16. Punch cards will be voided if forged, altered or reproduced or if the discount is abused
  17. Offbeat reserves the right to cancel this promotion at anytime, with notice in the store
